Western Representation PAC endorses Sharron Angle for US Senate
Over the last several months we have watched and interviewed every major candidate running to defeat Harry Reid in November’s Nevada Senate election. We have looked hard at each candidate’s current platform as well as their past record. We find things we like about other candidates but our search keeps leading us to the same name as the best candidate to represent the people of Nevada: Sharron Angle.
A recent poll conducted by Anger is Brewing shows that the grassroots are clearly on the side of Angle, she keeps winning straw poll after straw poll conducted at candidate forums, events, and by conservative organizations. The Western Representation PAC is proud to join with other Nevada organizations who have endorsed Sharron Angle including: Nevada Republican Assembly, Nevada Homeschool Network, Nevada Concerned Citizens, the Las Vegas Tribune, KLAV Radio’s Leon Catlett.
In addition many national conservative leaders and organizations have endorsed Sharron Angle including the Tea Party Express, Gun Owners of America, Conservative Radio Host Mark Levin, Conservative Icon Phyllis Schlafly, “Joe The plumber”, Pat Boone, Citizens United and many more.
Sharron served four terms in the Nevada Legislature where she led the fight to keep taxes low and limit the expansion of government programs. Looking back it becomes clear that if more of our State representatives would have led with the same responsible ethics, Nevada would not be faced with a $3.5 billion dollar budget deficit next year.
During the 2003 legislative while she served as minority whip of the State Assembly, Sharron blocked then Governor Kenny Guinn from nullifying the State Constitutional requirement of a 2/3 vote to raise taxes. In a fight that took some of her own financial resources, she successfully sued the Governor, all the way to the United States Supreme Court, keeping the majority vote requirement and the will of the people intact. For her tenacity in fighting for what is right, Sharron was awarded the “Ronald Reagan Freedom Medallion” from the Claremont Institute in 2004. It should be noted that the Governor was also a Republican, proving that Sharron is not above holding members of her own party accountable to their principles and to the people.
“I have been involved in political campaigns for many years and I have never met a politician with more integrity and desire to represent her constituents than Sharron Angle”, said Roger Stockton, Western Representation PAC Treasurer. “Although I did not know her personally until recently, Sharron Angle was always the name that stood out in fighting the corrupt political machines of Nevada”.
Our Nation is in crisis and we need leaders who will stand up to the special interest groups and powerful political machines to fight for “We the People”. Sharron Angle has proven that her vote cannot be purchased, leaving us no question that she will fight for us in Washington DC. Her campaign slogan says it best; “Read my record, not my lips”. Defeating Harry Reid would be the biggest mistake Nevada could make. Electing the radical wing nut Angle will destroy Nevada and turn Las Vegas into a ghost town.
Anyone who has read what she has endorsed in the past and continues to do so currently should have cold shivers running up their back worrying about Nevada’s destruction if she is elected.

Sharon needs to keep her religion out of the campaign. There are enough principles at stake without alienating future voters in the State by making an issue out of GOD. Republicans have lost too many elections because of this issue and losing non-religious voters who would otherwise agree with the rest of the values and principles of the candidates. If she wants to win, stick to economics, limited government, and States Rights. Our country is in dire straits and we need to have our elected nominee in Nevada point out how to turn the Government around, not make Reid look more intelligent than she is because she is refusing to talk about the country’s problems and solutions. I will vote for Sharron, but please make it possible to win in NOvember by intelligent discussion on ALL possible media outlets – whether they are conservatives or progressives.

Defeating Harry Reid is the only sane answer! Sharron Angle is against big government stealing the people’s money and that is her record. We have to go on what people have done and how they have voted … Not what they say. Talk is cheap. We have record unemployment and our state and country has been devastated by the actions of Harry Reid and his cronies. That health care bill will ruin our nation and devastate out retirees who worked for their lives to enjoy retirement in good health. They will lose benefits! It is all clearly detailed. The lies about Sharron Angle’s position on social security needs to stop. Why not play what she said in it’s entirety not just play a sound bite that spreads the wrong information. WE MUST HAVE CHANGE FOR THE AMERICAN PEOPLE & Sharron Angle has a track record that shows who she is. She is a smart, honest, humble patriotic woman who wants to serve and help the real people of Nevada.
Hello all. Approx 6 weeks ago the nra floated a news leak that they might endorse harry reid. When they received a landslide of negative feedback they stated that they were only testing. Yesterday 8/31/2010 they announced they will not be endorsing harry. @ the same time they are taking members’ money ($5000) to give to harry’s campaign. Harry is the closest thing I have seen to the anti-Christ. He and others have contributed to the breakdown of this great country. After 40 years of life membership I have left and quite honestly with a fair amount of anger. The nra ‘s logic is if politicians are pro gun they will endorse them. Using this same logic if obama was pro gun they would endorse him. I object them telling me I just don’t understand the beltway mentality. Over 40 years I have donated thousands of dollars to the org and they now are still saying they are a one issue organization. The bottom line is that I am asking (almost begging) all of you to call ,write, email the nra & ask them why they would support the ilks of reid. To provide $ to this organization is a slap in the face of millions of people that sent their hard earned $ to defeat people like reid. They are a cash cow with their mailing program but I think they might be trying to milk a bull. Please confirm or deny my statements. If you like harry reid join the nra.
