Sharron Angle is the right candidate
“Sharron Angle is the right candidate with the right ideas for the problems facing America right now”.
Harry Reid launched an aggressive and vicious attack campaign against Sharron Angle the day after she won the Republican Primary attempting to paint her as an extremist. Reid knows that his only hope for reelection is to fool voters like he has for years into believing that he is the lesser of two evils. This is the same tactic he has used in his last two elections at the expense of the great people of Nevada and the United States of America. Under Reid’s leadership, Nevada leads the nation in unemployment which now stands at 14.4%. Nevada also is number one in home foreclosures. If we do not stop the runaway spending and government expansion plans of Harry Reid and the Obama Administration, the entire nation will continue to suffer and the America we know will be irreversibly changed into a European style socialist empire. Our children and grandchildren will be paying the bill for the trillions of dollars being added to the deficit and national debt by Harry Reid and his Statist plans.
Who is Sharron Angle?
Sharron served four terms in the Nevada Legislature where at times, hers was the only vote against tax increases and expanding government programs. Her commitment and oath to those who elected her made her the lone voice for the State’s taxpayers. History now shows that had the legislature listened to her arguments, Nevada would not be facing a $3 billion dollar deficit in the next fiscal year due to overreaching expansion of State agencies and programs.
As a former educator, small business owner, mother and grandmother, Sharron Angle is a true tea party Patriot who understands the issues facing everyday Americans. She has proven her willingness to stand up and fight for the people, not the special interests. We endorsed Sharron over the other candidates running in the Primary, going against the political establishment because we knew that she would live up to every commitment she has made to protect our children from the debt being piled on their future and to uphold the ideals of the Founding Fathers as given us in the Constitution.
It comes as no surprise that Harry Reid is lying about Sharron Angle planning to end Social Security and Medicare. Angle understands that working people paid into these programs and has never had a plan to cut benefits from either program. What Harry Reid is afraid of is Sharron’s plan to keep the Social Security Trust Fund out of the hands of greedy politicians who have been raiding the funds for years. Social Security is nearing insolvency, not because the program does not work but for the fact that Harry Reid and his friends have been stuffing the lock box with IOU’s instead of protecting the programs that many seniors rely on.
Sharron Angle is a woman of deep faith and conviction. Harry Reid is lying again as he tries to paint her as a religious extremist with ties to Scientology. Just as our Founding Fathers did, she believes that government should be based on principles of moral governance rather than politicians placing themselves as the highest power in the universe. Her character and commitment to American values will make her the best friend the American people have in Washington DC.
We knew from the start that Sharron Angle is the right candidate to face Harry Reid. We will continue working hard to make sure Harry Reid does not win reelection. We encourage every American to stand behind Sharron Angle with us.
