The faces behind the Western Representation PAC
We would like to introduce you to the people behind the Western Representation Political Action Committee. Our decision to organize stems from our deep rooted belief that it is the responsibility of all Americans to participate in the political process to the full extent of their ability. Our Founding Fathers risked their lives and fortunes to give us the Great Nation we call home and we owe our freedoms to their sacrifice.
Roger Stockton, PAC treasurer, is a lifelong Conservative and has been a career firefighter in Carson City and Lake Tahoe, Nevada for the past 26 years. Additionally, he has owned a small technology company for the last 18 years working an average of 60-70 hours a week between his two jobs. Roger has been married for 29 years and is a father of three boys and a grandfather of two wonderful girls.
For many years, Roger was a stalwart supporter of the local Republican Party, working on many campaigns to promote Conservative candidates for local, State and National office. He also serves as a Commissioner on the Carson City Planning Commission. His commitment comes from a strong desire to make his community financially strong and a great place to raise a family. This is the same way he feels about America. This commitment goes back to his days as a Boy Scout and his oath to “do my duty to God and my Country” as he worked his way to the rank of Eagle Scout.
Roger and his wife Colleen write a small monthly wine column for newspapers and a local magazine as a way to share a passion for learning and travel to new places. It has been a journey that has taken them to wonderful destinations throughout the world, meeting thousands of great people in the process. It has also given him a keen appreciation of how blessed we are to live in America. His greatest hope is for his grandchildren to grow up in the same America he did, enjoying the opportunities and freedoms our Nation offers to all who will work to seek them.
To form the PAC, he enlisted the help of his son, Dustin who is the father of his two grandchildren and a gifted writer, speaker and Conservative thinker. After many long discussions, the two decided to stop complaining about what is wrong with the system and work to change it. Both felt that the Republican Party was not living up to its promises of promoting the best candidates for office. The decision was made to organize a non partisan committee to support the candidates that would best support the interests of all Americans rather than just the “Party” favorite.
Roger and Dustin have donated thousands of hours between them along their own money to develop the PAC, build the websites and work to promote the ideals of “America First”. They and those they have recruited to help have not received a single penny in compensation for their effort. Money contributed for particular candidates is donated directly to the candidate’s campaign. They have matched contributions as they are able from the PAC’s general fund.
America is headed down a path that it may not be able to return if individuals do not take back control of our Country by electing candidates who will put the American people ahead of powerful special interests who spend millions of dollars in contributions to keep “their” politicians in office. Our goal is to educate people on the importance of becoming directly involved in the political process and seizing control of our future. Too many are quick to lament about what is wrong with America but few are able or willing to do more than just vote.
Most people, both Liberal and Conservative want America to be strong and free. The essential truths upon which our Nation was founded have been conscripted by powerful organizations and institutions that care little about our future, focusing on profits and power for themselves above the good of the people. We know the American spirit that has made us the greatest nation on Earth is not dead. It is our sincerest desire to reawaken this spirit and help steer us away from the rocks and back on course to smoother waters.
Western Representation PAC is registered with the FEC and all of our reports listing contributions and donations to candidates and campaigns are available to the public. Political action committees are often associated with the special interests we are fighting against but it is the only way we can legally raise the money needed to fight back. We would face criminal penalties if we deviated in using the money donated for any purpose other than what we advertized. We are simply working within the system created by Congress to fight corruption in government and champion fiscal responsibility from our politicians.
When you join with us, you are joining with people just like you who work hard and want to see a bright future for America assuring individual freedom and the ability to seek opportunity in life. We are your neighbors and coworkers who believe in America.

I agree with what you’re doing. I’m the local chairman in Bozeman Montana for the Gallatin County Campaign for Liberty. I have been involved with the Republican party here for the past 24 years and continue to be a precinct committee chairman. Keep up the good work. Togather we can…
@Klaas Tuininga
Thanks for the comment Klaas,
Too many of us forget that we can make a difference. Once we feel powerless, they have won. Keep fighting!
If any of the local candidates need food for fundraisers, I can do it for cost. I would love to have conservative thinkers in power again.
@Kim Thomas
Thanks for the offer Kim. Send us an email at wrpac@westernpac.org with more details and we may be needing your services.
Roger,
I understand that WRPAC is non-partisan and conservative. Do your members subscribe to the “Precinct Strategy 2010″ which is to make sure that grass-roots conservatives of each party (or at LEAST one of them) is owned by conservatives. Do your members know when the precincts are meeting? Do they know how to get in on the ground floor of their county and state party conventions? If 90% of any job is “being there”… then we better be there where the first skirmishes are fought.
